Using Internet Explorer?
This is due to a default security setting in Internet Explorer. It's not a particularly sensitive one and Microsoft have built in a quick way to change it.
1) It's best to have Internet Explorer v11 of higher installed. (If you can't install that for any reason then these instructions should work)
2) Click the COG Icon in the top right corner, and in the drop down select Internet Options (In earlier versions Click "Tools" at the top)
3) In the pop-up window, select the Privacy tab.
4) You will see a button called Advanced - click this
5) In the Pop-up, TICK the box by Override automatic cookie handling
6) Also TICK the box that now appears, Always allow session cookies
7) Click OK
8) Click OK
9) Go to My Account in www.rugbyleaguedvds.com, sign in & click Continue
